Whole genome sequencing.
Rigshospitalet (Juliane Marie Centret) tenders for Whole genome sequencing. (WGS).
‘WGS using the Illumina X Ten or X Five platform. 30X WGS of 200-600 germline DNA samples within the next 3 years.
Samples (average 2-5) will be sent on a weekly basis. Turnaround time would need to be the absolute minimum possible. 3-4 weeks from sample receipt to delivery of data would be ideal. 6-8 weeks would be the maximum.
Standard data analysis (lists of variant calls) and clinical interpretation to be included, plus all raw data to be shipped to Denmark via hard disk / secure pipe-line / Cloud-server on a regular basis.’.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Appeals to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement shall be lodged to the board before 45 days after the contracting authority's notification in the Official Journal of The European Union, that the contracting authority has awarded the contract, cf. section 7(2), no 1, in law no 492 of 12.5.2010 on enforcing the rules of public procurement. The dead line is calculated from the day after the day, at which the notification has been published. At the same time the complaint is lodged to the Complaints Board the contracting authority must be notified about the complaint and it's contents.
