Rigshospitalet (Juliane Marie Centret) tenders for Whole genome sequencing. (WGS).

‘WGS using the Illumina X Ten or X Five platform. 30X WGS of 200-600 germline DNA samples within the next 3 years.

Samples (average 2-5) will be sent on a weekly basis. Turnaround time would need to be the absolute minimum possible. 3-4 weeks from sample receipt to delivery of data would be ideal. 6-8 weeks would be the maximum.

Standard data analysis (lists of variant calls) and clinical interpretation to be included, plus all raw data to be shipped to Denmark via hard disk / secure pipe-line / Cloud-server on a regular basis.’.
