Autogenous Vaccines DK
This Master Service Agreement/contract covers Customer’s procurement needs regarding Autogenous Vaccines to Denmark. The contract (Master Service Agreement) concerns production and procurement of Autogenous Vaccines for poultry and swine to be used in Denmark. The Customer (SSI Denmark) may need Autogenous Vaccines for other production animals as well. This will in case be covered by the conditions of this contract (Master Service Agreement). The contract runs for two (2) years plus twice (2) times one year. The contract sum plus option for extensions is estimatet to be DKK 12 million. The maximum value of the contract will be DKK 16 million.

The tenderer must have authorization to produce Autogenous Vaccines for production animals hold. Especially production of vaccines for poultry and swine to be used in Denmark. The Customer (SSI Denmark) may need Autogenous Vaccines for other production animals as well. This will in any case be covered by the conditions of this contract (Master Service Agreement).
The tenderer must have three (3) documented references within the last two (2) years which prove the tenderer's suitability.

Pursuant to LBK no. 593 of 2.6.2016 re. the Complaints Board for Tenders Denmark the following deadlines apply: Complaints about tenders or decisions covered by Section II of the Tenders Act, which are not covered by the Act's subsection 1, shall, cf. the act's section 7, subsection 2, be submitted to The Complaints Board for Tenders Denmark before:
1) 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published an announcement in the Official Journal of the European Union that the contracting authority has entered into a contract. The deadline is calculated from the day after the day on which the order has been published
2) 30 calendar days counted from the day after the day on which the ordering party has notified the tenderers concerned that a contract based on a framework agreement with re-opening of the competition or a dynamic one procurement system has been entered into if the notification has specified a reason for the decision
3) 6 months after the contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement calculated from the day after the day on which the contracting authority has informed the parties concerned applicants and tenderers, cf. § 2, subsection 2, or § 171, subsection of the Public Procurement Act. 4
4) 20 calendar days counted from the day after the contracting authority has communicated its decision, cf. section 185, subsection of the Public Procurement Act. 2, 2nd point. Has a contracting authority followed the procedure in § 4 of the Act, to ensure that a contract not be declared without effect, cf. the act's section 7, subsection 3, a complaint must that the contracting authority, in breach of the procurement directive, has entered into a contract without prior publication of a tender notice in the
Official Journal of the European Union, be submitted to the Complaints Board for Tenders Denmark
within 30 calendar days counted from the day after the day on which the ordering party has published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that, that the contracting authority has entered into a contract, provided that the notice contains the reasons for the contracting authority's decision to award the contract without prior publication of a tender notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. At the latest at the same time as a complaint is submitted to the Complaints Board for Tenders, must the complainant, cf. the act's section 6, subsection 4, notify the contracting authority in writing of the complaint submitted to the Complaints Board for Tenders, and whether the complaint has been submitted in standstill period, cf. § 3, subsection 1 or 2, or in that period of 10 calendar days, which are stipulated in section 4, subsection 1, no. 2. In cases where the complaint does not is submitted during the mentioned periods, the complainant must also indicate whether suspensory effect is requested, cf. the act's section 12, subsection 1.
